Did you know that Redland Park Church has one of the most interesting and versatile pipe organs in Bristol? It has 2,455 pipes, 58 stops, 4 manuals (+pedals) all played by one organist.
We invite you to come and hear some enjoyable organ music as we are planning a series of short concerts on one Saturday per month with coffee and cake at 10:30 am followed by organ music at 11.00 for 45 minutes. Admission by donation of £5 for adults, under 18s free. Our first Organ Treat will be on 20 January 2024 by Richard Johnson. All welcome. Our next Bring and Share lunch will be after the service on Sunday 3 December; please bring your lunch and some food to share. All welcome.

The BCNS have gained funding from Bristol City Council to house homeless people again from 1 October to the end of March 2024 in a small Bed and Breakfast hotel. Redland Park URC is supporting this by providing lunches for everyone every Wednesday - sandwiches, drinks, fruit, crisps and biscuits. Homeless people (relationship breakups, mortgage or rental crises) are referred by St Mungo's charity and are housed, provided with meals, but importantly are supported to get a bank account, work, and future secure accommodation.
We will be holding a book sale on Saturday 30 September, from about 11.00am to 1.00pm. Come along and browse for a new book, bring any books you have ready to pass on, any you are decluttering, Money raised will go to our church charities -The Vine Trust (overseas) and the North Bristol Foodbank (local).
Our coffee mornings will be starting again from 6 September and each Wednesday from 10.30 to 12.00. Come and have a coffee or tea, chat, meditate, pray, light a candle or just call in when you're passing. We would love to see you.
We will also be starting Warmshare again from early November, Watch this space. We thank God for his bounty and beautiful world when we celebrate Harvest on Sunday 24 September. The service as usual is 10.30am then a bring and share lunch at 12.00. Please come along and join us.
We have started having coffee mornings on Wednesdays from 10.30 to 12.00 with hot drinks and cake or biscuits in the front vestibule of the church (the entrance on Whiteladies Road). Come and join us!
We will be having another garden party on Sunday 9 July after the morning service. This will be held in the beautiful garden of Jane and Richard Pedlar so come along, bring a chair if you can or a rug, and enjoy some picnic food. There will be sliced meat, quiches, salad of all sorts, and maybe even some dessert. Donations in aid of our church charities (The Vine Trust and the North Bristol Food Bank)
